If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your oil paintings free of charge for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date — we’ll pay for the return shipping. All we ask is that you send the painting back to us in the original box. Please note: Any changes to an item by the customer such as self stretching, self gallery wrapping or self fixing voids the return policy. Easy Returns policy cannot be applied to custom-made orders.

•Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 90 days of purchase.

•Returned items must be returned in clean and like new condition or we may refuse to issue credit.

•Shipping Returns is FREE. There are no return shipping charges for orders worldwide. Please note return shipments must be shipped directly to contact us before sending back).

Step 1: Email us or call us and tell us the basic information of your order, including date of your purchase, the product name and amount you paid. Tell us what you want us to help, return or replace etc.
